One day I’ll read a #biography of Gwen John that doesn’t emphasise that she was the sister of Augustus John or the mistress/model of Rodin. She was an incredible #painter. I sometimes go to the #Tate Britain to see whatever paintings of hers they have on display. I’m yet to see this one (girl holding a black cat).
