It is now scheduled to be in effect 3pm-11pm Tue, and only covers #Anglesey and parts of #Conwy and #Gwynedd. Expect 50mph gusts and heavy rain at times. Also, despite a lack of official warnings, you should still expect strong winds and rain on Wednesday. #NorthWales

One of the royal courts of the Princes of #Gwynedd has been bought by Wales' historic buildings organisation, Cadw. Fabulous news, #Wales! Definitely a scheduled monument worth looking after.
It's apparently the only court of this time period that has visible remains of the structures that once stood there, so that's pretty nifty.

Did you know that a new permissive footpath has been opened, allowing the public to walk the trackway route up to the launch point of the zipline at Penrhyn Quarry, Bethesda (seen at left)?
It's a great walk, with fabulous views along the way. Near the top, you can almost touch the zipliners passing overhead!
