Hüsker Dü had *so many* good songs, and I'm perpetually mad that they were all engineered to sound like they're coming through a fast food drive-through speaker (Has anyone ever asked Bob about that? I know Spot at SST is to blame for all(?) of those records, but Candy Apple Grey sounds kind of crummy too, I've always wondered if it was a deliberate choice for some reason.)
