I created a Facebook group called #HackTheHudson. The intent was to provide a forum for open water swimming enthusiasts for #NYC. While the focus was primarily on the #HudsonRiver I've swim in the #EastRiver and wanted to hear more about others doing same. The group was to be about sharing information and changing #perceptions. The group has grown but there is not much activity. Many including myself have backed away from Facebook. Many were never on it. This is a better forum.
