Add a hashtag to the words your most desired followers might use

Click on those hashtags, in the resulting column, at the top left, is a follow button, toggle, if clicked adds that hashtag as it were a person, and every time someone uses the #hahstag, you will see it, like following a person,

Follow the users that please you best, follow their followers.
