This is why I endorse legal personhood for nature.

If someone emits toxic fumes, I believe there need to be lawsuits.

I am not anti-authority like the anarchists or libertarians; I want sane authority.

Protecting nature is part of that.

Of course, it depends on the type and intensity of the toxic fumes. Some of that is unavoidable, and #halfearth is the real solution.
