Like a lot of people, I have suffered loss... I tend to repress it or just drink, to quiet the world...

... one loss I will never get over is my home made rubber band bass ... made using a shoe box, some rubber bands. a H6 and a guitar tuner... loaded into 6 and subsequent weeks and weeks of work.

Why..? Because (before moving it all to cloud) I had a major HD failure on my Mac and lost the fucking lot

I got out of the habit of using 6 in favour of just dropping stuff into a sample track and using the basic functions... but this thing is immense..!

Whoops, may have purchased an upgrade to 7. Doesn't look like all of the third-party sound packs have been migrated to Steinberg Licensing yet though, so I can't unplug the dongle for good yet.

I’m back using in nearly every music project. It’s offering analogue synth, sampling, grain engine and wavetable. You can combine and add as many layers to each patch you desire. Lately I’ve been building patches by recording guitar directly in to the plug-in. Halion inspires my to do something different each time.
