It has 3.2 stars because it’s finicky, the dough is tricky to work with, and it breaks when folded. And I don’t care, because I love the texture and the way they taste. Raspberry and poppy seed again this year. I tried a new custardy poppy filling that I spiked with a little vanilla, and it was MUCH better than the last one. #hamantaschen #cooking #purim #cookies #dessert
