Just a few weeks before COVID began its long burn out of Wuhan, I walked the South Downs Way from Winchester into Brighton for that year’s TWT – 41 of those miles in a single epic day. Life obviously got pretty vexed very soon thereafter, and I never did finish the segment of the Way with all the good stuff on it, Devil’s Dyke &c. What I’m hoping is that it warms up enough soon for me to pick up the Way at Chanctonbury, pull some overnight #hammockops at a handy point and finally finish my walk.

BTW for whatever it’s worth I’ve always posted pictures of my #packrafting adventures to my Instagram account under the hashtag #riverineops (as well as #hammockops and #сталкер for long-distance overland jauntes and so on), and I see no reason to deviate from that fine and time-honored tradition here.
