Also working #portable #QRP stations, taking the time and helping them getting their callsign + RST through, if needed letter by letter, no matter if it's a DX station or not.
It means being part of an experiment and helping the QRP station understand the setting better to ultimately giving it the chance to improve the setup.
Two VERY patient OMs who helped me on 10m SSB portable lately: Willi/CX8TC (11.515 km/7155 mi!!) and Melvin/G1SSL (1.314 km/816 mi). THANK YOU!

I’m Tobias, DO1TC and am pretty new to the hobby. I got my license about 3 months ago. Since then, I started out by participating in some nets on my local 2m/70cm repeaters, got introduced to the joy of #POTA and #hf by the very nice folks from the #draussenfunker.de community and participated in some #sstv nets.
There are so many things to learn, but also a lot of very welcoming and friendly people living the #hamspirit.
