I just mended the drawstring of this skirt! It snapped a long time ago, and the knot I tied in it was too bulky to fit back into the... uh, drawstring hole?? Sheath?? What is that thing called?

Anyway, it's not very pretty, but it doesn't need to be - it's the part of the drawstring that stays hidden inside the skirt. I'm pretty proud of it - it needed to be thin enough to fit back in, and sturdy enough not to snap again, and it is! 🎉

Včera jsem zjistila, že nemám žádnou mini peněženku k vodě. Tak jsem si namočila nohy do lavoru a s pomocí Autobusákovou (instaloval zapínací hvězdičku) si ušila. Stroji se moc nechtělo, tak jsem ji pak ručně obšila. Kůže je koupená kdysi v Kutilovi na Florenci a nit je knoflíková.

I bought this top at a thrift store bc I loved the pattern, but the metal cylinders in the neckline are cold and I wasn't a huge fan of how it looked. I took them out, and hand sewed a HUGE amount of black lace in their place

One pant leg done. Still need to do the other, the pocket extension is finished, the patches in the back are finished, just need to add another small patch on the inside in the front, then it's finally done! Many many hours of slowly fixing them while generally unwell.

I'm repairing a pair of pants for my friend. I've also taken the pants up and extended one pocket (I don't want to do the other one, but this pocket is now big enough for his phone)
There are patches in the crotch both front and back to put it back together.

I still have bit to do on this but it's coming togey. I've also taken up the hem on the legs as they were too long.
