Whoops.
Need to tie off the end and then I'll see how it looks with the 2 extra sections where they shouldn't be.
That is why though, one shouldn't weave while overtired and unfocused.

Added four more treadles to the loom to allow for other patterns. There's a bit of tying up involved, with four strings per treadle (countermarch loom).

Currently in progress in one of my looms: small towel. Warp is cotton, weft is a bit of an unknown but likely flax, but ramie and hemp are possible fiber as well. The weft is yarn I have been gifted already wound on to spools which is why I don't know for sure what it is. #weaving #wip #loom #handwoven #hobby #handweaving #towel

I know last week was color week of #fiberary but I still want to play. A set of 8 tea towels. 8 shaft twill I changed weft pattern and tie-up for each. I'll post individual underneath. Enbiggen for the pattern. These are pre hemming. MO Boudreaux is chief fiber inspector she doesn't mess with my weaving or spinning in process, but has the last say @fiberarts @weaving #handwoven #color

First completed Andean Weaving of the year, and 4th completed band in this technique.(also the first one I started, before #FranqemontUniversity began offering courses)
It's 2/8 cotton, with plying twist added, and behaved *fine*, but it lacks the liveliness of handspun khaitu.
