We're still eating leftovers from the lion's head meatball (狮子头)so, we'll have that and some rice for dinner. I'll also make some vinegar stir-fried cabbage. I'm going to use a recipe tonight, which I don't do anymore. It's from Hannah Che's cookbook, the Vegan Chinese Kitchen. The recipe has different ingredients for the sauce than the way I learned to cook it. I bought her cookbook after hearing her on the Splendid Table. I was aware that there are strong vegetarian/vegan traditions within Chinese cooking, but that was really the extent of my knowledge.
