I expected it to be bigger- it is the same size format that Icom have used dating back to the 1982 introduction of the IC-735. It's soooo cute. Now need to go put some ring tongues on the power cable so I can fire it up and verify it survived shipping. Carried by DHL, so of course there's absolutely not a single scuff on the box. #hanradio

Since 2 weeks some stupid small renovation task keeps me busy, angry and tetchy and away from #HanRadio: 10m water pipe replaced by the craftsmen. Still hunting for leaks and playing with mortar. Tis might be the last one and things are definitely getting better, but i have to make him show up one more time. I don't want to be the one who rips a thread on a proprietary water meter connection. So ~5-6 phonecalls starting Monday. *sigh* Also need a new earth clamp PE and wire #Klempner #Plumber 😞
