Hey #palliativecare #hapm team. Looking into literature around Shared Decision-making for #deprescribing in #palliative care. My feeling is that this is something we’ve been doing as a specialty for decades but haven’t written much about it since these became the preferred terms. Difficult to search for more nebulous terms though. Are there any key older references that can help?
