I don't do too well with loudness in general any more so wore earplugs to kids' band concert.
To my surprise, the slight dulling of mids and high ranges really brought out the brass and drums and it genuinely felt like a Basil Poledouris led variation of the Conan score for the night!

No #aurora for us as the clouds remained overhead as long as I was out. However it stayed still and calm so there were a series of stunning #reflections around the bay. The #Hebredian seas of the North Atlantic are rarely this calm! 🙂
This was handheld, so the slight wobble and image compression gives a somewhat painterly or dreamlike feel... I think... what you could call either a bad photo or a #HappyAccident , depending on your view of the result 😄

Sometimes film scanning software has a hiccup, and sometimes that hiccup can turn into a happy accident. In this case, the initial scan of these umbrellas had a crazy color shift, and I love it!
