I must admit, I hadn't realised the #BalticSea #HarbourPorpoise population was in such a poor state.
The map figure in the paper shows how close the two explosions were to a chemical munitions dumping ground (11,000 tonnes dumped in 1947) too. I can't help feeling this was not accidental.
