I agree with them, that when your git history is composed of „wip“ and „fixes“ then you are not adding anything.
What I don’t agree with is that this is what one should take away from git. I think that gir commit messages are a good moment for doing the #hardpart. And that is writing down _why you did something_! It’s easy to fiddle around with code until it seems to work. But if asked why you did it, you have to take the time to reflect on your changes.
