Views you're used to hearing from the US's #Republican party are mostly taboo here, and rightly so. We do have #HardRight people here -- I tooted about meeting one a few Fridays back -- but everyone present helped to shut him down once we realised what he was saying. No one defended him. No one gave an inch of ground.

Well I'm not sure what divide you refer to - between labour & the lost electors in 2019, or between the leadership & those activists who preferred the previous leader?

The most important thing is for voting #labour to be seen as a normal sensible thing & attract more votes - I doubt #labour can get #nativists who turned #kipper back, but #toriesOut have left a lot of space in the centre by turning #hardRight

If #labour don't win #nextGE there'll be a new leader for sure
