It is now working. I had to guess how to get a GUI by opening the localhost adress in a browser - the instructions did not mention that. But I am enough of an old hand to guess it.

A number of people have commented upon my prompts to Bing Image Creator, and suggested that I am revealling a hidden psychopathy.
Here, then, is a more straightforward one:
"Show me the gatehouse of Harlech Castle as it would look just after completion in 1289, hung about with huge heraldic banners of the sort we might assosicate with "the field of the cloth of gold", flags flying from the towers and the fresh stonework gleaming as the tools had left it."
