This time, I thought I'd try to deal with the post-moderna pummelling differently. So, this morning, instead of getting under a blanket and groaning, which is what my aching body wanted me to do, I walked 7.5kms and read a Harold Pinter play.
In doing so, I learned the following: Always listen to your body. It knows things you don't know. For example, moderna vaccinations are no Birthday Party.
