Well it turned out to be a pretty good Wednesday. I bought my daughter a bike on the way home on sale and she actually likes it. It's a perfectly good bike for a young lady but we don't always agree.

Then I got home and my wife put together an Asian hot pot for dinner which is always fun. We use the instapot on the table to dip and cook the food.

My dinner for date night with my wife. A smoked brisket cheese steak with peppers and onions plus potato salad. Dessert is a giant chocolate chip cookie I'll share with my daughter when we pick her up later.

I put my cellphone holster next to the cookie for scale, I use an S22 Ultra.
