Entrepreneurs have a different brain wiring than non-entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs are faster and less inhibited in responding to problems and opportunities, and they have stronger connections between brain regions involved in memory and attention. These brain differences could explain why entrepreneurs are more creative, adaptable, and resilient than others.

I'm thinking about this article from the which says, basically, that people don't have , friends make people more productive at work, so companies should help people make work friends. hbr.org/2022/10/the-power-of-w

Something in that feels wrong, to me. It feels like it goes against the idea.

Should we instead (or maybe also) encourage employees to "live at home and work at work", to engage more with their communities and make IRL friends?

Many of us have been raised to accept that, to be successful, we have to be perfect. But imposing such high standards on ourselves as well as those around us can be detrimental to our success and well-being. Instead, learn to extend yourself some grace and practice self-compassion.
