You're entitled to executive privilege while in office, and you're apparently free to abuse it to protect your ass, as we have seen done. But executive privilege doesn't follow you through life. especially when you are no longer an executive. And enough with elites ignoring DOJ subpoenas the rest of us would have to obey or be penalized.
