And if so, in which language should the hashtag be?
Or maybe the top level domain letters?

Well, obviously my main squeeze is AllThingsTech - but I also follow infosec.exchange, social.tchncs.de, ioc.exchange.
that’s all I have found so far. The rest I learned how to create tag groups on the #icecubesapp :) so I follow a lot of #hashtags lol
