So how about a food waste tax for the big chains?

These guys refuse to give edible food to people in need and rather throw it away, in my area one of the big chains flat out refuses to give any food to charity.

On a individual consumer level food waste is neoliberal bollocksed to keep us not looking at the real problems like this.

Make them pay for wasting it. Because wasting it is criminal, plain and simple.
