Inspired by the honey challenge on #TopChef i made one of my recipes with honey in it. Shoyu chicken with sides of kongnamul muchim (soybeans) and radish kimchi. Wow the sauce turned out so good! Nicely balanced sweet and salty with pops of ginger. Recipes from "Aloha Kitchen" and "Cook Korean".
