Therefore, this treaty is still in full force and continues to have legal effect to date.
I am requesting that the United States
immediatly uphold international humanitarian law in the Hawaiian kingdom during it's 130 years belligerent occupation since 1893.

For this war crime not to have been committed in the Hawaiian Islands, the Hawaiian Kingdom, as an independent State, would had to have been extinguished by the United States under international law and acquired its sovereign territory.
