LLMs are over blown, but deepset's haystack is pretty neat. They've got a real simple way of plugging components together to make index and question answering pipelines with minimal python coding. If your interested in building a proof of concept based on some knowledge/document base you have - its an easy tool to do it.

The stack is many technologies. I'll mention some of them: #apache #airflow for the harvester, #elasticsearch for the indexing, #haystack + custom services for #nlp, #react + #volto to deploy on our websites.

We use a combination of plone.restapi and headless browser screen reading to scrape the text. We're deploying on Volto websites with a customizable block.
