All the Rex Guardians are white, blonde, and have blue eyes. Finn meets all these criteria.

He's vain like one, too. His adherence to rules, or lack there of, is due to his friends' ragtag nature.

Aragorn was 11 years old and living in Rivendell when Bilbo and the Thorin’s Company came through Rivendale. My head cannon includes Bilbo became friends with the young human. Later, then they meet during Fellowship, he says something like “my, how have you grown, Estel.” #headcannon
