Through this round of #jobcuts, #alphabet has joined the ranks of #amazon, #meta, #microsoft, and #twitter, which too have been #layingoff people and reducing #headcounts as a way of rationalizing #costs.
It reminded me of the #dotcom #crash at the dawn of the #millennium when a similar #techjobs #bust happened.
