Started allergy shots today… the second I checked in with the front desk they finished processing the insurance claim and added $1,428 to my account balance with the local healthcare system.

Joke’s on them though. I got the lowest possible payment plan and now the additional balance got tagged onto the payment plan. I’m now paying the hospital system $40 a month until November 2028 interest-free.
