Another important point to make regarding this #NYTimes article (https://nyti.ms/3V9Eqsm) is that these "green", "better #climateimpact" areas of the maps (I can speak specifically to #NYC), are the areas that are experiencing the worst #healtheffects of #climatechange.
NYC has high risks due to #heat and #adverseweather that will cause morbidity & mortality in our populations. There is less #greenspace which impacts #mentalhealth.

A 2019 survey study from Sulaiman et.al., this time, examined #Malaysian #palmoil #agricultural #workers / #farmers perception(s) of #pesticides use. Here are some of their findings,
1. >80% had knowledge/belief that #pesticides #exposure could 'cause' #healtheffects
2. All workers developed at least one symptom from a battery of symptoms, but 45% were unsure it arose from chem. exposure
3. >76% received no training prior to spraying appl.
4. Only partial #PPE was used
