We studied if there is a #HealthyImmigrantEffect for reproductive outcomes.

We found little evidence of it, apart from a few groups from high income countries. Those from the poorest countries had the worst outcomes.

Overall, global inequalities seem to reproduce themselves as reproductive health inequalities among migrants.
