People often think that the self-regulation techniques I teach as part of my meditation classes are for yoga and meditation junkies. This is a shame. My focus with my courses and workshops lies on using these techniques in every day life in every possible situation.

Just in! Since starting with private sessions, I'm frequently ordering HeartMath® Inner Balance™ sensors for my clients. They love getting direct feedback about their heart coherence, and can more easily correlate it to their mood and feeling of stress, as well as what triggers them the most.

Bringing theory into practice. Doing Heart-coherence in the field. What when people say one thing but their heart tells something else? Luckily this was not the case for my friend here, who in addition was able to sustain coherence for a long time.
