I was talking with a friend about how we were settling in to our respective homes. She bought 3 years ago after 30 years in her last place and I rented this place 6 months ago after 7 years in my last place. I realised that the happiest places I’ve lived over the years have always been the houses with a kitchen big enough to have a table in. Sitting round a kitchen table is one of my favourite things to do and I spend more time in here than anywhere else in the house. #kitchen #HeartOfTheHome
