Hey guys. Only 25 sleeps until I run the #LondonMarathon again but this year I'm running it for my wee niece Sadie who is a T1 Warrior with a complex heart condition (see photos). My son has also had open heart surgery (aged 14)

5 months ago today I was all alone in a bay for 6 on Ward 30 at the Freeman waiting for open heart surgery to fix a congenital heart defect. This is my Valentine to all the lovely people who saved my life from the hospital staff to the family of my valve donor. Thank you ❤️
