She has said there was an email going around saying "as soon as capacity allows" [we will test everyone going into Care Homes]

But that does not correspond to what #MattHancock said at the Covid briefing of 15_05_20

This is the self-same Minister who, whilst responsible for care homes, brazenly ignored clinical advice from Whitty et al and said that restrictions on visitors to care homes were “inhumane”.

If politicians like #HelenWhately and their families had to experience long ambulance waits and delayed treatment at A&E they would be more eager to fix the problems.
