It's kinda funny how pop culture depicts Indrid Cold as a scary uncanny valley monster when his alleged interactions with Woodrow Derenberger were beyond benign and actually fairly mundane as far as "alien" contact goes.

I think this example highlights the importance of using primary sources as much as possible in paranormal research.
