I'm staffing the incidents desk today at work. We just got a ticket from someone which, I kid you not was this:
"Internet problem"
Followed by a picture of two electric plugs and a network problem.
That was it, nothing else. No location, no context, no error message... I felt like replying with a picture of my own sockets and saying "try this". 🤦🏻♂️
