I use the Advanced Interface on my desktop app which I have open a lot. One practice I've developed to help me not get distracted by new posts on my timeline is to pull the scroll tabs down just a bit. It freezes the timeline at the spot you're looking at, and the timeline won't move.

Then when I'm ready, I simply scroll back up to see new posts at my own pace.

Try not to hit `C-c` when Terraform's doing something.

#HelpfulHint: when someone needs my attention and I'm in the middle of something thinky — but I know they really need my attention — I put a little "YOU ARE HERE" line in my notes.

Such as "YOU ARE HERE: trying to log into AWS"

It's been a lifesaver I tell you what.
