Der Joker wird mal wieder Arkham entlassen und versucht, in Gotham City wieder Fuß zu fassen. Wir folgen dabei einem seiner Henchmen, wie dieser Joker und seine Handlungen kommentiert. Fas Ganze ähnelt stark dem Heath-Ledger-Joker, sowohl optisch, als auch vom Verhalten.
