🐔 As it's #PoultryDay here is a picture of my gang from last year. After losing one hen to a dog attack, and another to a fox, I bought a dog pen. It's strong, and it can be moved onto fresh grass every few days.
My hens are Blackrocks. They're friendly, lay very well, and are as tough as old boots. They don't mind getting wet, and they tried to eat all the recent snow! 🐔
