Birds I saw yesterday in Stonehaven:
- many many herring gulls (obviously)
- some pied wagtails
- a couple of crows
- several jackdaws
- a GREENFINCH we are pretty sure and I am so excited by this

On the way home from the beach/harbour the afternoon light caught the chimney breasts where a couple of the gulls were sitting, making it look like their bums were glowing. :D
