@Mariannemak , I’ve found my research focus for the final 10 years 😀 intergenerational learning as an antidote versus ageism 🙁. Turns out that #intergenerational learning is used in at least three different ways: 1. learning within families, 2. learning to change attitudes (in organisations), and 3. #heterogenous groups benefiting from #boundarycrossing #learning that improves motivation for older employees. Will explore which of these have been studied in #networks and how.
