I have one #HexClad - omelet size. I bought it used on eBay (or maybe CraigsList). I wanted to try ONE before committing to buying a full set.

Gotta say, I love that thing. Was just about to go hunting for a bargain for more, when a #KickStarter for a company I'd previously backed for an awesome #DutchOven (Misen) came out with a killer deal on nonstick pans. Went with that. They've also been great, but not as good as Hex would be, probably.

May I suggest carbon steel instead? (I bought these ones specifically, because the handles are welded on, so there’s no rivet bumps inside the pan to collect crud) https://amzn.to/3OlGcXb

Those fancy #hexclad plans that are supposed to be nonstick with even heating and durability still have forever chemicals (ptfe). Don’t buy them!!!

Just bought my first #Hexclad pot and pan. Can’t wait to get it.

A friend showed me #AmericasTestKitchen reviews of the #ninjacreami and #hexclad pans, where they heavily criticised both as being essentially useless.

From my personal experience with the former and a friend's opinion of the second, I am sure they either didn't read (or completely ignored) the instructions for both.

I have generally trusted their reviews in the past, but maybe I need to revise that habit?
