The travel rules in #Dragonbane and tracking time in four shifts per day very easily translates onto hex-maps.
15 km per shift on foot, double that on horse. (Though horses don't really work that way*.) Two shifts of travel per day, three shifts as a forced march.

15 km is close enough to 10 miles, so I'd be using 10-mile hexes for a Dragonbane hex map.
