@inquiline It’s a good sentiment, but too long & not catchy. Teachers in my state had a successful media campaign with “Red4Ed”: Wear a red t-shirt to show you support SC teachers. The hashtag/slogan was catchy & memorable. Through hard work, rallies, & gathering public support, SC teachers got the state legislature to finally give them raises + improved working conditions.
Now, how can we make #higheredworkersunite as memorable as #asstodon ?🧑‍🏫🍑😉
