Some of you may have seen the increasing exposure given to prolific #YouTube sponsor #EstablishedTitles, whose claim to be selling land in #Scotland - with the attendant right, they claim, to call yourself a lord or lady - is (thankfully) finally being recognised as the nonsense that it is.

While this exposure is welcome, a reminder is needed that Established Titles are not the only ones in this game. Here's an ad YouTube fed me for #HighlandTitles who are running the same biz.
