Gestern Nacht mit #HighOnLife den nächsten #XboxGamePass Titel beendet.
Anfangs noch ganz lustig, wurde es zum Ende hinaus doch etwas nervig mit dem gequatsche der Waffen.
Der Humor war zwar eher „Hit or Miss“, zuweilen auch „etwas drüber“, aber alles in allem ganz ok.
Gunplay & Leveldesign waren ganz fein, nur ehrlich gesagt störte mich etwas das nicht ganz runde Ende.
Schien aber so gewollt, da selbst die Figuren zum Schluss noch von nem möglichen DLC oder Sequel sprachen. 😜

#HighOnLife had so much thought put into it. The world is stuffed with small, often weird, touches.
Your character is partly obscured in family photos because it’s an FPS and you don’t know what you look like.
Or the TV just shows bad 90s movies on a loop.
There’s even a real American fast food chain where you can order realistic food and cocktails from the menu (I won’t spoil it).
It seems we forgot about it but it reviewed and sold well enough to get DLC, and they’ve teased a sequel.

I never hear anyone mentioning that you can stream #XboxGamePass games directly to your #Xbox #SeriesX instead of downloading them.
I don’t even know when this became a feature but it works great.

I completely forgot about #HighOnLife until I saw there’s upcoming DLC. I think #HiFiRush came along and stole my attention.
It’s a super unique shooter for #XboxGamePass that’s also very funny. All the guns have unique personalities and mechanics. The level design, enemy diversity, and boss fights are pretty good.
Unfortunately, it was originally created by the #RickandMorty guy who was accused of some pretty horrible things, even though it was developed and published by a separate studio.

High On Life finally got a patch to address the broken Mods Please Ban achievement so I quickly booted it back up to get it over and done with 😅.
Suffice it to say it's too little too late, the game has its funny moments and will likely scratch an itch for the Rick and Morty fans but from a gamers perspective, it's a bit of a mess.
